Evan brings thirty years of industry experience to Metro Attorney Service Inc. Evan started serving process in his second year of law school. After class Evan would serve papers on home addresses at night all over the tri-state area. Evan's demeanor and honesty was quickly noted by his superiors and as a result Evan was given tougher and more important assignments. Once Evan had passed the bar exams in New York and Connecticut he was asked to run the same company he had worked for in Law School. That same company flourished for the next seventeen years under Evan's careful guidance and leadership. Evan personally supervised in excess of 200,000 separate work requests for clients ranging in size from solo practitioners to every top tier law firm across the country.

When your out of state action has witnesses located within New York State, let Evan's expertise in this area save you time, money and aggravation. In New York you must have local counsel make an application to our courts in order to gain permission to issue a subpoena which confers jurisdiction. When the application is not made and an order is not signed the out of state subpoena you just served has no authority within New York, so if your witness wants to waste your time he can. Don't waste your time, call me for a reasonable solution to your discovery issues.
In addition to a general practice, Evan specializes in collection matters. Whether you are a client or an agent, Evan will be happy to assist you in getting your money.
